Dr. B. Timothy Kodsi is a family physician, visionary entrepreneur, and the CEO and co-founder of Mimico Medical Management. Born and raised in Etobicoke, Dr. Kodsi pursued his medical education in the United States before returning to Ontario to begin practicing medicine seven years ago.

Early in his career, Dr. Kodsi faced significant challenges while trying to join a clinic. These experiences inspired him to reimagine how healthcare is delivered. He recognized the need to alleviate the administrative burdens placed on healthcare professionals, improve their quality of life, and, in turn, enhance the efficiency and quality of care provided to patients.

With this vision in mind, Dr. Kodsi established Mimico Medical. Starting as a solo practitioner, he focused on creating an environment where healthcare professionals could thrive without the weight of administrative demands. Over the years, he perfected his approach, successfully building a clinic that grew from a solo practice into a multidisciplinary healthcare hub. Today, Mimico Medical boasts a team of 10 family doctors as well as specialists in physiotherapy, geriatrics, pediatrics, psychology, psychiatry, and women’s health.

Dr. Kodsi ensured that every provider in his clinic receives the same high-quality administrative support he enjoys while continuing to practice full-time. His collaborative spirit and innovative mindset led him to share this model with other practitioners. By offering a framework that eliminates administrative burdens, he empowers healthcare professionals to focus solely on delivering exceptional patient care.
